My awakening journey started in 2014. I didn’t know that’s what it was for 7 years.

I’d read a book about energy healing and muscle testing. Energy healing was new to me. Muscle testing was not.

I figured if muscle testing (which I knew worked) was a thing, then energy healing made sense too.

I started researching, training and practicing. I just “knew” (in that way you know without knowing how) that I had to do this. It was key to me and my family.

While I won’t go into my trial and error failures and my doubts and fears… I will tell you that that I almost gave it all up.

Right when I was wondering if maybe I was just making it all up and I should just give in to the skepticisms of others… I made a significant and life changing shift.

I stopped listening to all the other voices, and I trusted my own inner knowing and personal experience that was seeing results.

I discovered the power of my Soul to assert my will and ignore the “shoulds” of other programs.

Once I was in, I was all in.

I quickly learned the power of connecting to my Spirit Team and Mother Earth.

I perfected my strategy of Funnels to Containers and I figured out a simple formula for quick and easy 2-way communication. This formula allowed me to channel guides with less energy drain and greater specificity.

For over 3 years now I’ve been teaching people how to connect to their spirit team to develop their abilities, connect to their soul path and change their life.
